"Licensing details could really be clearer"
I tried to figure out the licensing terms, especially for commercial use, and it was more confusing than it needed to be. I appreciate that the info is there, but it still doesn’t clearly explain what’s allowed, which is frustrating.

"Pretty solid deal for the price"
The subscription feels worth it for the kind of stuff I use it for. I’ve used it for small side projects, quick mockups, organizing ideas, testing things out, and even those random little tasks that pop up when I’m in the middle of something else. For the price, I feel like I’m getting enough value back, especially compared to paying separately for a bunch of different tools.

I had it integrated in maybe 15 or 20 minutes, so overall the setup was straightforward. The docs got me most of the way there, but a few parts could be explained a bit more clearly.

"I’ve been happy with the animation options..."
I’ve been happy with the animation options overall. There are lots of styles to choose from, and the quality is really nice. A few choices weren’t quite my taste, but there’s enough variety that it was easy to find something that worked.

"Wish support had been quicker"
The help itself was fine, but the replies took longer than I expected. I kind of regret not reaching out sooner because it dragged on a bit, but everything did get sorted in the end.
